How is the manufacturing and shipping of products from this shop handled ?
As soon as your payment is validated, your order is taken care of, from printing to shipping, by the 2 service providers that I have carefully selected for their reliability and the quality of their products (personally tested).
For t-shirts, a French company : T-POP will take care of your order.
For posters, I go through PRINTFUL, one of the Print-On-Demand leaders.
Are payments secure ?
Yes of course ! All payment gateways are PCI-DSS compliant, managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of companies such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card data by this shop and its service providers.
Will I be notified of the processing of my order ?
Of course : as soon as your payment is accepted, you will receive an email summarizing your order, thus validating its handling and allowing you to track it.
What will be the delivery time of my package ?
T-shirts : T-POP will do its best to print and prepare your order within 48 to 72 hours after it has been validated. Sometimes, within 24 hours your package is already on its way. Then, the delivery time depends on the Post Office : France : 48 hours by Colissimo, around 3 days by letter followed. It is therefore necessary to wait for your order within 5 to 6 days on average. For USA you'll probably wait about 7 to 10 days.
Posters : Also, the shipping time depends on where you live, but it can be estimated as follows :
- Europe : 6 - 8 working days
- États-Unis : 3 - 4 working days
[Covid-19] Delivery times may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things return to normal.
How to return a product ?
T-SHIRTS : Except in the event of a T-POP mistake (model or size mistake), return costs are your responsibility and in accordance with the legal provisions, you have a period of 14 working days from the date of receipt of your order to return the products ordered to this address :

The products must be returned in their original packaging (we recommend sending by letter followed or by Colissimo) in perfect condition for resale. The returned item(s) must be in very good condition, not dirty, damaged or washed. If these conditions are met, we will send you a confirmation email upon receipt of the package. TPOP will offer you a credit on your next order or an exchange of the product.

How to wash your pretty personalized tees ?
You have just acquired a magnificent t-shirt and you are now wondering how to wash it so that it does not get damaged.
I understand you, no one would like to find their favorite t-shirt completely faded or with a letter missing !
To avoid these inconveniences, you should follow these four basic rules :
- Turn the printed tee over before putting it in the washing machine (this prevents other garments from rubbing on your pretty marking)
- Wash at 86°F (104°F at the limit, if you accidentally spill a good glass of Chardonnay on you...)
- Air dry because the dryer is evil !
- Iron on the back of the marking (but don't forget to put it back when you put it on).
If you apply these tips, nothing can happen to your personalized tee and it will follow you for a good part of your life.
